One of my dream travel destinations this coming year is Anawangin Cove in Zambales. I first got to read about this place in my son's elementary text book. I was amazed because pine trees grow amidst the white sandy cove. I'm always a sucker for all things unique, hehehe...

Friends have already asked us to join them in their trip to Anawangin Cove years ago but I would always hesitate because there are no hotel accommodations in the place. Visitors would need to set up camps and we were not yet prepared.

Now, we have a camping tent and sleeping bags that look like Marmot Sleeping Bags. We would just need to have a portable stove and some cooking utensils and we're good to go. So, who wants to go with us on a trip to Anawangin?
