Personal Wii Fit Challenge: Week 2 Summary

Week 2. I was busy as usual that I only got to work out for three days. I gained 0.3 pounds but I'm considering that I haven't gained or lost at all. I'm still hopeful that I will lose more in the following weeks. Have you noticed that I tried more exercises this week? Even if I worked out for only three days, I made sure to compensate for the lost time. and keeps me motivated to go on. I'll keep on going and I won't take diet supplements. This time it will just be the Wii Fit and a healthy diet.
