If you have been following my blog from last year, you may have already read about my success in managing my blood sugar and cholesterol levels with C-Lium Fibre. This achievement would not be possible without the fiber I was getting from my daily intake of C-Lium Fibre. I still take a sachet a day, before I take my breakfast, not only to keep my blood sugar levels in the safe zone but also to lose weight.
Aside from using C-Lium Fibre in sachets, I also started to take C-Lium Fibre in capsule form because its more convenient to bring during travels. One sachet of C-Lium Fibre is equal to 5 grams of fiber so I have to take 5 C-Lium Fibre capsules twice a day (10 capsules a day). By the way, C-Lium Fibre in capsules are also recommended for those who would like to try the products but are not comfortable in drinking psyllium husks mixed in water.
A tablespoon (5 grams) of C-Lium Fibre packs up to 14 times more fiber than oatmeal or cereal. It swells 50x its size when mixed with water, juice, or any liquid substance. It is gluten-free and contains zer-additives and preservatives. Because C-Lium Fibre is 100% plant material-based, it doesn't cause any serious side effects in the body. It's odorless and tasteless, you can mix the husks in your juice or smoothie if you want to.
With C-Lium Fibre, there's no more reason for me to have my health take the backseat. I hope you can also try adding C-Lium Fibre in your diet so you can experience the goodness of fiber everyday.
