Basically, here's the Gallstone Flush recipe that I got from this website:
Days 1 to 5: Drink at least 4 cups (1 liter) of pure apple juice or eat 5 Granny Smith (green) apples to gradually soften the gallstones. No fasting needed and meals will be taken as usual.
- At 2:00 pm - Mix 1 teaspoon of epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a small cup of water. I bought epsom salt from Mercury Drug, a big pharmacy here in the Philippines, for Php 48 per 100 grams (roughly more than $1 per gram).
- At 8:00 pm - Prepare another epsom salt and water mixture and drink it.
- At 10:00 pm - Prepare a mixture of 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Most of the sources I read suggest sipping this with a straw so the mixture goes straight to the back of the mouth. I think I'll have to resist the urge to vomit this.
The following morning, I should expect gallstones being flushed out through my bowels. I hope it won't get as gross as I am imagining it to be. I'm going to document each day until the final flush to update you. Help me pray that everything will go as smoothly as possible.
