The first time I used a resistance band was during the Body Vive session I had at Fitness First. I bought my own band as I find it very convenient to use and keep. Aside from using it in our Aero-Sculpt sessions, I also use the resistance band in these resistance band exercises I found from Greatist.com.

It is recommended that you do 8-25 repetitions and up to 3 sets of each exercise to fully get the body sculpting benefits of the resistance band. The exercises look easy, 'eh? But no, wait till you get to your 2nd or 3rd set. If you ask me, it feels pulling heavy steel crank handles. Nevertheless, the resistance band will still be one of my favorite exercise accessories because of its convenience and affordability.
