Litratong Pinoy: Tuyo (Dry)  





Isa sa mga naging plano ko noong kami ay mag-Vigan ay ang makakain ng tunay na Vigan Longganisa. Kakaiba kasi ang longganisang Vigan kumpara sa tipikal na longganisang nabibili ko dito sa Maynila. Mabawang at tuyo, tapos ipinirito pa hanggang lumutong ang balat. Hay naku, napakasarap. Natakam ka ba? Pasensya na, yan na lang ang natira sa plato ko eh. Hehehe!

One of my plans when we visited Vigan was to experience eating authentic Vigan Longganisa (sausage). The sausage of Vigan is different compared to the ones I buy in the supermarket here in Manila. It is garlicky and dry. The sausage becomes crispy when it's fried. Truly yummy! Are you getting hungry already? Sorry, I wasn't able to save some for you. Hehehe.
