Boost your immunity by strengthening your white blood cells

Deadlines, piled up tasks, and never-ending stress. That's the life of a freelancer like me. Oftentimes, I wish that I had more than 24 hours in a day just so I could finish everything I need to do. It would be normal for me to sleep at 12 midnight and wake up at 4:30 am to help the boys prepare for work and school. I try not to get sick because it would be surely chaos here at home when I do so I supplement with Vitamin C. Lately, taking Vitamin C is not enough to boost my immunity.

I learned that to really be immune from diseases, I should also strengthen my white blood cells. Why? Watch the video below:

White blood cells are our body's soldiers that fight off sickness. Aside from Vitamin C, white blood cells need multiple nutrients like Zinc, and Vitamins A and E. Our bodies can only use up as much as 400 mg of Vitamin C and its not enough to keep the body strong.

Conzace has a formula to strengthen white blood cells and build immunity. Vitamin C (500 mg) develops white blood cells. Meanwhile, Vitamins A and E intensify the protection of these white blood cells (100 IU of Vitamin E). Lastly, Zinc multiplies white blood cells so that we can have the right number of white cells to defend us against sickness. Conzace has higher Zinc than other popular vitamins in the Phils. (25mg Zinc).

It is recommended that Conzace be taken in the morning or at night. My personal recommendation is to take it at night as others who do experience the benefits of a good sleep. Just don't take it on an empty stomach; at least 2 hours after eating will do.

Conzace is available in Mercury Drug, Watson's, and other drugstores. Each softgel capsule costs Php 12.40. For more information about Conzace, you can visit www.facebook.com/conzace.
