Gallstone Flush

First things first, I am not diagnosed with gallstones. But a brother of mine went under the knife in 2008 because of these and it cost him his gallbladder. I, obviously, don't want it to happen to me that's why I'm undergoing this precautionary measure. I have read that it uses all natural ingredients, anyway, and the steps are pretty much easy to do. And so, today is officially the first day of my gallstone flush.

Basically, here's the Gallstone Flush recipe that I got from this website:

Days 1 to 5: Drink at least 4 cups (1 liter) of pure apple juice or eat 5 Granny Smith (green) apples to gradually soften the gallstones. No fasting needed and meals will be taken as usual.

Day 6:

  • At 2:00 pm - Mix 1 teaspoon of epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a small cup of water. I bought epsom salt from Mercury Drug, a big pharmacy here in the Philippines, for Php 48 per 100 grams (roughly more than $1 per gram).
  • At 8:00 pm - Prepare another epsom salt and water mixture and drink it.
  • At 10:00 pm - Prepare a mixture of 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Most of the sources I read suggest sipping this with a straw so the mixture goes straight to the back of the mouth. I think I'll have to resist the urge to vomit this.

The following morning, I should expect gallstones being flushed out through my bowels. I hope it won't get as gross as I am imagining it to be. I'm going to document each day until the final flush to update you. Help me pray that everything will go as smoothly as possible.

sis, I have gallstones too. in fact doctors recommended surgery already. but I still don't want to have my gallbaldder taken out. takot ako sa magiging epekto pag tinanggal na sya. though multiple stone yung sa akin, maliliit naman. so kaya talaga i-flush through natural remedies like what you've shared. but there are people who say that doing the procedure might flush all the stones at the same time and may block the bile duct. yun ang worry ko... so nagdadalawang isip pa rin ako... pwede rin daw ang Moringa  juice eh

Waaah... yan din ang worry ko. Pero so far, isa pa lang ang nabasa ko na nagka-problem with the flushing.

Oooh, I just checked my general abdominal ultrasound last July 2011.  I have no gallstones talaga.  It's just my fatty liver.  I'm now kinda 90% sure that the stones are gonna block my bile duct kasi baka they're just small enough to pass through. :)
